The latest customer satisfaction survey carried out by MPW since November 2010 has produced the best ever set of results, highlights include 95% satisfaction score for the personnel that handle client affairs, 92.5% for the service provided by our broking teams and 90% for our claims service. The very useful feedback we have received from clients enables us to take steps to improve our service levels even further.
